We really enjoyed the rooms, and they even provided us with clean towels 🧻. The location was great too, perfect for exploring the area.

The room was extremely spacious and there were a minibar, satellite TV and climate control. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the atmosphere was special. The property was in the center of the city: )

Appreciated our stay. We stayed 1 night and it was a good fit. All of the staff was amiable and excellent and attentive to guests. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, close enough to restaurant, shopping malls and food courts and jizan and easily accessible. Also, North Corniche Park was 1 mile away from the hotel.

Well-equipped suite with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was awesome! 🛁

We were thoroughly impressed by the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities offered at this hotel. Our room was spacious and well-designed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. the private facilities, including sun loungers and beach umbrellas, were perfect for a relaxing day by the pool.

The only minor issue we experienced was having to request additional towels at the front desk, as they were not initially provided in our room. the prompt and friendly service from the staff quickly resolved this small inconvenience.

The bed and sheets were top quality which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel had good soundproofing as I didn't hear any noise from outside. The location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and I was able to easily get around with a car.

On arrival, the check-in process took quite a while and there were some issues with communication. I also felt that some information about the property was missing, such as the absence of certain amenities that were advertised.
